Hello,

In recent weeks Deezer is not connecting well to my Sony WiFi speaker. Spotify does it and so does YouTube, so it seems to be a Deezer issue.

It takes a long time to connect and then, if once connected, it lags a lot. Sometimes the app seems to detach from the speaker and the speaker keeps on playing the old playlist, but I can't control it anymore and the only way to stop the music is to manually switch off the speaker.

Very annoying, if not solved I'll have to cancel my family subscription, I'm afraid.

To rule everything out, have you tried using Deezer on another device using Bluetooth with your phone? If so, how did the connection go there?

The problem is not Bluetooth, the problem is with a WiFi connection.

I haven't tried it with a different device because I don't have another one that works with WiFi.

What I can tell you is that Spotify and YouTube work on that very speaker.
