For some reason I am not able to access my downloaded songs anymore when offline.

That could be related to a cache issue, so please clear your cache in the your Deezer app

1. Open the Deezer app.
2. Tap on your profile icon (top left of the home screen).
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select Data and storage.
5. Click Clear all under Disk usage.

I would also suggest you to increase the smart cache bar to the max, that will definitely help!

Make sure you have installed the latest version of the app as well.
